Final Call for the Contest and Exciting Developments

This is the last call in our book contest.  To reiterate, I’m giving away one copy of Bernard F. Dick’s book Hollywood Madonna: Loretta Young.  All you have to do to be entered is email me at kristen@cc2konline.com with the subject Loretta Young Giveaway and your name (if you win you will obviously have to provide your address).  I’ll be announcing the winner THIS SATURDAY.  If you’re the lucky winner I’ll announce it on the site and you’ll have 48 hours to respond with your address or it’ll go to someone else.  The contest, again, is only open to those living in the US or Canada.

In other book related news will I have some awesome book reviews (and contests in the future).  I’ll be posting up reviews in the coming months from some big publishers (one of whom I was shocked allowed me a review copy).  Books are by far the easiest thing for a blogger to receive so I’ll be doing a lot of book giveaways.  Without the aid of donations it’s not in my budget to give away films but I’ll be trying some things out.

Also, be sure to stop by starting Sunday as the Leading Man Tournament will kick off with a fantastic intro written by Monty from All Good Things.  I’ll be revealing the participants as their decades face off so Sunday will showcase the actors of the 1930s!  Also, if you haven’t voted in this week’s poll please do so.  It’s a close race between City Lights, The Children’s Hour, and You Can’t Take It With You.
